Family Planning Chapter Two
The Okaa-samas’ family planning chapter two is also progressing.
I’m thinking about executing the plan from their next ovulation date in the sequence of Mari-kaa-sama, Silvia-kaa-sama, Julia-kaa-sama, Charlotte-kaa-sama, and Olivia-kaa-sama.
But there’s also a problem. According to what I heard from the 5 of them, Silvia-kaa-sama and Julia-kaa-sama, they seem to have never experienced a climax with sexual intercourse. Even though the chances of being able to specifically give birth to a boy are low even as it is, it’s quite tough if they don’t even have that.
I wonder if there’s any good method. Pregnancy itself becomes easier if they record in the basal body temperature chart and I instruct them. That said, there’s no way I can say something like, ‘you can just keep giving birth until a boy is born’, either. How troubling.
The only foolproof way to choose the gender on Earth is artificial insemination using a centrifuge. But it’s not common. It’s targeted at people with ailments that will only be passed on to girls.
You commonly use the green gel. The inside of the female genitalia maintains a weak acidity in order to protect the body from bacteria. The Y chromosome responsible for boys is weak to this acidity. But this ‘climax’ is ambiguous, and many people don’t experience it as well. That’s why the green gel that makes the inside of the female genitalia alkalic is effective.
You do infertility treatment as well in gynaecology. Sex selection is a genuine problem for those who can’t quite be blessed with a child. I became detailed in this sort of knowledge because of that. It’s just that, the method of choosing the gender with this gel isn’t something that has its effectiveness proven scientifically.

Forgive me for not contacting you for such a long time. I am, Aoi Masamichi.
Yamamoto. You are probably surprised at why, this unknown bag appeared in your room, an unfamiliar gold coin and such a letter are inside of it, and furthermore, the fact that it is a letter from a deceased person.
As Yamamoto also knows, I fell into despair at Tachibana Mai’s death, and on that very day, I ended up killing myself.
And then, for some reason, I was reborn in a different world that is not Earth. Furthermore, while having the memories of living on Earth for 25 years.
At the moment, nearly 4 years have passed since I was born in the world on this side, but because I have Earth’s memories and a doctor’s knowledge, I am doing things like that of a doctor even over here.
And then, there is completely no ‘medical knowledge’ in the world on this side. There is no medical equipment either. In exchange, I have what you call ‘supernatural power’ on Earth. I sent this bag to the world on that side with Telekinesis as well.
At the moment, the thing troubling me over here is the fact that the population is not increasing, and to make things worse, the ratio and birthrate of males are drastically low. Because of that, I want the green gel we use to sex-select boys.
My apologies for making an outlandish request out of nowhere, but I would like you to bring the gold coin I placed together in this bag beforehand to a jewellery store and exchange it for money, purchase as many green gel as you can buy with that money, put it inside the bag, and leave this bag where it appeared.
I will use my ability and pull the bag over to the world on this side after 7 days. I still don’t know whether or not it’s really possible, but if this bag arrives over there, I should surely be able to pull it over as well.
I think it is something impossible to believe all of a sudden, but I would like you to somehow.

I discussed with Otou-san when I finished writing the letter, and as an investment in order to be blessed with a boy, I had him fork out one large gold coin.
And then, I had a slightly larger leather bag prepared and placed the letter and a large gold coin inside it.
When I returned to my own room, I first got my mind to concentrate by myself. I recall the layout of Yamamoto’s house. I don’t want it to fail. I take my time recalling what kind of a room it was.
Yamamoto’s house was an apartment. It was a 2LDK1 layout, and upon entering the entranceway, an approximately 8-tatami2 dining kitchen was over there.
Entering the entranceway, the washroom and bathroom3, and toilet are lined up on the right side, and the room on the inner right after walking down the corridor is an approximately 10-tatami bedroom. There was a living room that was approximately 12-tatami wide on the left side.
In the middle of the living room is a 3-seater sofa and a table, and on the wall directly in front of that is an unnecessarily large LCD television. Looking from the sofa, there was a 9-foot patio door on the right side, and it was connected to the veranda.
Bright sunlight always shone in, and even during winter, it was warm even without the heater during the daytime. There was an SF space anime movie poster pasted on the wall opposite of that.
Aah, that’s right. A space elevator that floats on Earth and space had been drawn on that poster. It’s because I had the memories of seeing that that when I saw the pillar at Gladiolus Kingdom, the image of a space elevator came to mind right away.
Alright, it’ll probably be fine if it came to mind this vividly. Let’s transport the bag to that table. I focused my senses, and as though I was personally sitting on that sofa, I strongly visualised this bag appearing on the table in front of my eyes.

The bag disappeared from before my eyes.
I wonder if it succeeded? I have no way of confirming. Not unless I try using Teleportation over there, that is.
If it’s just a bag and a large gold coin, it’ll wrap up with just me apologising to Otou-san even if it fails, but if I teleport and fail, Okaa-san and everybody will be sad, everything that’s currently making progress in this world will stone-wall, and I’ll end up causing them a ton of troubles.
That’s the one thing I can’t do. That’s why I kept it to just the bag. It can’t be helped even if it fails this time around.
In the first place, I don’t even know if Yamamoto is still living in that apartment. But, that apartment is not rented but bought. He probably won’t move easily. I wonder if there’s a possibility that he has gotten married? If it’s connected to the time I died and reincarnated, I’m already coming to 29 years old. I think Yamamoto is the same since he’s a classmate.
Most doctors, they get married late because they’re too busy. As long as they don’t even go to matchmakings, that is. We’re talking about the hella serious Yamamoto, there’s the possibility that he’s still single.

The book continues printing smoothly, and we have the ones that are done delivered to the shrine and also footed the bill.
The menstrual product will probably also start selling as a merchandise in another month. I heard the brassiere also started work at one of the new factories. It seems they’ve already started selling in the store.
The bidet’s production is also continuing. It has been decided that we’ll invite the important people of every country of the world in about another month. As of now, every endeavour is progressing smoothly.
Merina-kaa-sama’s baby’s heart started beating, and is doing well alongside Lucia-kaa-sama’s baby.
I’m thinking of going to the shrine and grasping the current situation of the illnesses other than menstruation today.
“Otou-sama, Okaa-sama, today, I want to go to the shrine, stick to Oborotsuki-oba-sama for the entire day, and take a look at the types of illnesses the patients come to the shrine for consultation”
“Umu. I see; I’m counting on you”

It’s pneumonia, and it’s in a moderately bad condition. If this was Earth, she’d definitely be admitted into the hospital.
“What kind of treatment was she given previously?”
“Yes. I used the power of Healing on her chest and made sure her respiration became easier”
“I see. That individual is having pneumonia. Yeah, she will probably die in under a week if she continues working at this rate”
“Eh! Am I going to die in a week? Gohoh!”
“Eeh, I mean, respiration is extremely painful now, right? You have tons of coughs as well, don’t you”
“Ye-, yes. That is right. Gohoh, gohoh!”
“Oba-sama, if you don’t treat the infection completely for pneumonia, it will end up worsening again. And then, it is currently in quite a bad state”
“Yeah. As I thought, she has to stay huh”
“But, gohoh, if I lose my job, gohoh, I will not be able to survive! Gohoh, gohoh!”
“Yeah. What a difficult problem. Well then, shall I try performing the treatment”
“Eh! God-sama will treat me? Gohoh!”
“Let’s give it a try”
“Please lie face up on the bed over there”
“Yes. Gohoh! Gohoh!”
I kneeled on top of a chair, held my hand over the woman’s chest, and cast the power of Healing. Like a mist clearing bit by bit, the alveoli’s inflammation is disappearing as I’m seeing through to the lungs.
It’s likely that a single round of treatment won’t completely get rid of the inflammation with Oba-san’s Healing ability. I wonder if it’s the difference in our ability’s strength around those parts? I suppose that’s why it’s something she originally makes them stay and treats over a few days for.
Alright, the inflammation completely disappeared with this. I end up thinking, ‘Aah, if I had this power back on Earth’, over and over again.
“How is it? I think you are already alright”
“Yes. It is like the pain until just now was a lie. I became capable of breathing normally”
“I am glad to hear that. Your cough also stopped huh. I actually want you to sleep for the entire day today at least though. If you have to return to your job, please eat well and rest early after going back”
“Understood. Thank you!”
The woman went back with a smile.
“Tsukuyomi-sama. My apologies, for having to borrow your strength because of my lack of strength”
“No, that is not quite it. Oba-sama correctly diagnosed and recommended staying and completely treating it. Originally, treating someone like that right away like I just did is, instead, asking for the impossible”

“When it comes to pneumonia hereafter, I think it is a good idea to make them stay at the shrine and spend a few days treating it. Today is a special case”

And for the entire day, I tried tagging along with her consultations. It somewhat feels like I became a suburb’s town doctor in Japan.
People with all kinds of illnesses and injuries drop in one after another. The doctor responds according to the situation.
Every one of the patients saying their assumptions and whatever selfish things they want to say and going ‘do something about it’ or ‘help me’ in the end……humans sure are the same wherever it may be huh.
It’s a little busy here, but as I thought, I think the work of a doctor is nice.
