I approached my 1 year old birthday. But it looks like there isn’t a tradition of celebrating birthdays in this world.
Speaking of which, it’s easy to tell since this world’s calendar is similar to Earth’s. How a year has 12 months and 365 days is also the same. Furthermore, the seasons are also the same, and they have all four seasons.
This is likely, because ‘humans’ won’t be born, and they can’t survive if the same conditions as Earth’s environment aren’t met. The atmosphere is a given, temperature and humidity, atmospheric pressure are also important.
Including things such as the distance from the sun and the revolution speed, it seems having the conditions humans can survive is something miraculous. And then I suppose it means this planet also had the same miracle as Earth. That’s why both the calendar and seasons are pretty much the same as Earth. But why their language is Japanese, is something I don’t know though.
Since I became 1 year old and breastfeeding and baby food became three times a day, it was decided that I would join in on the family-amassed meals. When I headed to the dining hall with Okaa-san, everybody was waiting anxiously.
“Ah! Tsukuyomi-sama is here!”
“Kyaaー”
A soft and controlled high-pitched cheer erupted.
In the very middle of the spacious dining hall was a long and big table. I guess its length is probably about 12 meters.
Otou-san is sitting where you call the ‘upper seat’ or ‘birthday seat’ of that table on Earth, his immediate right is the First Madam, Mari-kaa-sama and her two daughters in a row, and there are two empty seats in the left corner.
It seems our seats are over there. Beside us are the Second Madam, Silvia-kaa-sama, and her two daughters.
From there, the Third Madam and Fourth Madam are divided to the left and right, sitting in sequence towards the lower seat.
Partially also because the youngest daughters of Melina-kaa-sama and Lucia-kaa-sama, in the furthest seats, are still 2 years old, but their seats are too far, and their faces come off even smaller.
I was seated right beside Otou-san. There’s a height-adjusting block and cushion on the chair, and I managed to properly stick my face out on top of the table.
“Okaa-sama, do I not sit at the utmost corner over there?”
“Tsukuyomi’s seat will do just fine there. Because you will be the next head of the family of this household”
Otou-san said gently.
“Yes. Understood”
“Nevertheless, why is a 1-year-old concern about the seating order?”
Otou-san makes a slightly puzzled face and looks at Okaa-san’s face. Okaa-san has a slightly troubled face.
Aah, I see. Otou-san still doesn’t know about my reincarnation. Besides, during the abilities training, I used my power as I was told, and I ended up getting ahead and reading Otou-san’s thoughts, so we pretty much didn’t have any conversation. That’s why my mannerism ended up coming off as strange huh.
I’ve been told by Ojii-san that it’s fine to tell the family about my reincarnation. Let’s just talk about it here.
“Otou-sama. May I speak on that matter by myself”
“U-, umu. Of course. Do talk about it”
Otou-san is obviously confused.
“Before I was born in this world, I had lived in a different world in my previous life, and I had been a doctor. A ‘doctor’ has the same job as the chief priest of this world. I then died at 25 years old, and was reborn in this world”

Everybody there aside from Okaa-san has an astonished expression. However, my 2, 3 years old elder sisters have blank looks, seemingly unable to understand though.

“Ooh, is that so. There is medicine in this world as well, but it isn’t used much. For the most part, the chief priest treats them with their healing ability”
The meal after that ended up turning into an awkward mood. I suppose it’s only natural that it would. Just when they thought it is a 1 year old child, it is a 25 years old adult on the inside after all, and I also have an Okaa-sama whom I end up being older than.
“Tsukuyomi-sama, does being 25 years old mean you were married?”
Mari-kaa-sama’s eldest daughter, who was sitting before my eyes, Tsukikage, hit me with a 12 years old elder sister-ish question.
“No, I was not married. You come to age at 20 years old in my previous world. Marriage is possible from 18 years old, but few immediately get married. I think it is because they have the thinking that they want to do all kinds of things and have fun while they are young”
“Are there few men as expected?”
“No, there were 7 billion people in my previous world, and with approximately 3.5 billion people respectively, there were pretty much the same number of men and women”
“Se-, seven billion? How many is that……”
“A-, aah, I have heard from Ojii-sama that there are 500 thousand people in this world. It is 1400 times of that”
“I totally, do not get it”
Tsukikage is making a perplexed look.
“Ye-, yeah. There are innumerable people in every country. There are also close to 200 countries”
“That many! And the number of women and men are the same?”

Mari-kaa-sama got angry.

Silvia-kaa-sama’s eldest daughter, Mizuki, answered energetically from the side this time around.
“Errm……Mizuki-nee-sama, thank you. But I cannot ask what I want to ask unless it is from an adult woman……”
The faces of Okaa-samas turned red altogether. Hearing ‘from an adult woman’, I suppose they ended up imagining all kinds of things about what they’ll be asked.

“I am 24 years old. I am younger than Tsukuyomi-sama huh. I also wanna address you as ‘Onii-sama‘”

“Otou-sama. May I use writing materials”

When Otou-san ordered the maid, she left the dining hall half-jogging-ly and immediately brought paper, a pen and an ink bottle over. This pen is something like a fountain pen huh. It’s easier to write in English if it’s with this huh.
Thinking that, I asked Okaa-samas and their daughters’ names and ages, birth dates, and the age when they married in, and wrote it in the paper. Otou-sama and Okaa-sama, who were watching that to the side, opened their eyes widely.

Hmm, which means, he received the 15 years old Okaa-san as his bride at 33 years old huh. This is unforgivable!
A competitiveness-like thing sprouted inside my heart towards Otou-san.
