If I Had To Say, I Would Say I Am A Evil Magician 4

Lily=Schwarz

Before the sun even rose, Lily=Schwarz woke up from the chirps of the wild birds.

She sticks her long slender legs out from the bed, holds her arms out wide, and stretches several times. After that, she smacks her cheeks hard and clears her head. She fixes her shiny golden hair illuminated by the sunlight using her fingers as a comb until she arrives before the dresser, and she plunges her face into the basin filled with cold water without any hesitation.

“……puhah! Preparation complete”

She wiped her drenched face with a towel and took a deep breath. The time required to reach here is slightly over thirty seconds. Actions that can even be called strange compared to other similarly 15 years old girls are to Lily, a routine.

After that, she swiftly finishes her well-balanced meal, carefully brushes her teeth, and her preparation for going to school is complete.

Narsha Kingdom’s Hogner Magic Academy is, a super prestigious education facility that was founded for the purpose of raising outstanding Magicians that shoulder the development of the country. Influential nobles from all over the place send in their children, that went through gifted education, to go through its intensive Magic Education with a boarding school system. It’s been a year since Lily enrolled in the school. Nobody doubts that she’ll graduate as the valedictorian, not anymore.

When she checks the clock, the clock’s needles are pointing five o’clock sharp. The time the class starts is eight-thirty. From this dormitory, it takes five minutes to walk to Hogner Magic Academy.

Overly hasty she is.

With the extra time, she revises two months later’s lesson prep. Furthermore, the prep for two months later’s tomorrow’s lesson prep. There’s extra time, so two months later’s the day after tomorrow’s lesson prep. It’s been a year since she enrolled in the school. The difference between the lessons and her studies is, widening one-sidedly.

Kon Kon Kon.

While the beautiful top student is intently writing her magic theory’s proof with her fountain pen, a knocking sound reverberates in her room.

“Lily, are you awake?”

It’s not loud by any means, but the deep, crystal clear voice, caught her ears. When Lily opened the door, the young girl was standing there with an apologetic-looking expression.

Cis=Klose. Her long blue hair that looks like it reflected the colour of a lake without even the slightest cloudiness brilliantly matches her eyes that have a similar but slightly darker colour. Her skin, it’s smooth and white like the snow, she’s such a beautiful girl that anybody who confronts her would undoubtedly open their eyes wide in wonder.

“Cis? What’s wrong”

“……err……sorry, it seems I caught a cold”

Eeh!?”

She immediately rushes over and places her hand on her forehead, and her temperature is quite a bit higher than normal. Lily immediately enters Cis’ room on the other side and tucks her into bed. After that, she covers her with all the blankets in the room and covers her with several more blankets that she noisily rushed back to her own room and brought over.

“Oh……it’s heavy, Lily”

“You can’t cool down during a cold! After that, err……err……uu――u. It’s all because Julia-sensei isn’t flexible……”

While rumpling her tidied hair, Lily wrings the cold water drenched towel with all her strength. Healing Magic when you catch a cold has been prohibited by the school apart from the gravely sick or severely injured. According to Julia, the new Magic Physician,『When you heal it with magic, your body’s immunity weakens, so it’s better not to use it too much』.

However, she’s not convinced personally; when she caught a cold half a year ago, she wrote and submitted a 200 pages refutation manuscript despite being bedridden, but it resulted in her being reprimanded,「Are you an idiot! Please rest!」.

“Gohoh……Lily, I’m sorry, but can you contact and tell the teacher that I’ll be absent for me?”

“I’ll do that of course but……shall I stay as well?”

“It, it’s fine! I’ll feel bad if I infect you, and isn’t it the first lesson today”

“……that’s right but”

The second-year special class picked out from the first year’s results and aptitude. These two have been picked out as well, and Lily was so zealous that she talked fervently about how wonderful Lioar=Sergey, who’s in charge of being the homeroom teacher every year, to Cis yesterday.

“Go, alright. Alright, no matter what”

Cis smiles with a faintly reddish face and grabs Lily’s hands strongly.

“……I got it. You must rest, alright, I’ll return once during lunch break, ah, I’ll call Julia-sensei over later, wait for a bit I’ll make food for the sick now, you have to change frequently, okay”

At the super hasty beautiful girl who busily, hastily, and frenziedly, prepares step by step while talking, while moving her hands, while running, Cis lets out a smile reflexively.

“Good grief……if only you told me earlier. Aah, the time is already”

The clock’s needles had already gone around to eight-twenty five.

“Lily, go. I’m already fine”

“……I got it. In that case, I’m goin……aah, I forgot!”

She shouts, like she recalled something, takes a deep breath, and settles her breathing. While holding her hand on her chest, she kneels down, draws a cross, which is an Aristo devotee’s mark, and prays.

Keeping silent for several tens of seconds, she finally opens her emerald eyes.

Every day, no matter how busy, she never misses the morning’s prayers of all things. House Schwarz is affiliated with Aristo Church, but Lily personally isn’t that devoted. However, she personally felt something strangely warm from those prayers for some reason.

“Well then, I’m going off”

She turned towards Cis, and with a speed that doesn’t even take an instant, she carried on to show her back and ran off with all her strength.
